Base pay range

$108,000.00/yr - $216,000.00/yr

Position Summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative to lead and oversee our marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, and guide creative teams to deliver impactful advertising that aligns with Walmart's brand strategy. This role involves strategic decision-making, team leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing all aspects of partner’s full funnel campaigns, ensuring excellent client service and maximizing business opportunities.
  • Leading and mentoring a creative team across various subverticals, ensuring work aligns with Walmart’s brand and strategy.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Making strategic decisions and providing clear direction for creative projects.
  • Creating and leading client presentations confidently.
  • Managing teams, delegating tasks, and inspiring team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years experience in agency or corporate marketing roles, with at least 4 years in retail or high-volume industries.
  • Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet & Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of advertising methods and account management fundamentals.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in product launch, branding, omni-channel retail, or related fields.
Location and Work Environment:

Preference for candidates in Los Angeles, CA, with flexible work arrangements, moving toward 2 days in office per week.
