Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Style Business Development to drive strategic growth and transformation for Walmart Style. You will partner across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Digital, Operations, Marketplace, and other teams to translate strategy into execution.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop executive materials, support merchant meetings, and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities while enhancing processes and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.

Position Summary...

What you'll do...Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Style Business Development will support the transformation and growth of Walmart Style, partnering cross-functionally across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Digital, Operations, Marketplace, and other teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Style Business Development, the role will support strategic initiatives, project manage cross-functional work, advance Private Brand processes and ways of working, and improve operational processes and stakeholder communications. The role will also develop materials for leadership and external meetings, support merchant top-to-tops and All Hands, and analyze market, competitive, and macro trends to identify growth opportunities.

About the team: The Style Strategy & Business Development Office is instrumental in Walmart’s transformation into a leading Style destination across Fashion, Home and Beauty. The team drives strategic planning, including LRP and AOP, supports Private Brand strategy and ways of working, leads and project manages cross-functional transformation initiatives, drives organizational change management, and supports organizational communication. In partnership with business leaders, the team connects strategy to execution, establishes common ways of working across Style, and enables leadership through executive presentations, key meetings and events, and stakeholder engagement, ultimately driving growth and strengthening Walmart Style’s market position.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales.
• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
