Walmart Distribution Center in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Senior Manager of Automation Engineering to lead the strategic design and capacity planning of Walmart's automation network. You will develop models and dashboards to inform investments and long-term facility planning, influencing capital decisions across the RDC network.

The role partners with Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering to shape scalable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 4 years' experience.
• Alternative: 6 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation network planning and engineering efforts shaping future supply chain strategy.
• Develop models for system sizing, throughput, labor needs, and capacity.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
