Walmart is seeking a Product Manager to lead teams developing innovative products for their eCommerce and Supply Chain operations. This role involves setting product vision, cultivating technical teams, and enhancing customer experience, with a competitive salary and robust benefits package.
This role oversees teams that develop products powering Walmart’s eCommerce and Supply Chain. The focus is on enhancing the Walmart customer experience across physical and digital realms to make Walmart the most exciting place to shop. With approximately 4,500 stores, 210 distribution centers, 9,000 tractors, 80,000 trailers, and thousands of suppliers fulfilling Walmart’s online and in-store orders for over 1 billion customers, the challenge and complexity are substantial! We operate within the world’s largest retailer yet maintain a startup atmosphere, working in small agile teams to revolutionize the fulfillment landscape. The annual salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $320,000, with additional performance bonuses and stock options for eligible roles.
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 13 years’ experience in product management.
Option 2: 15 years’ experience in product management or related areas.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 12 years’ experience as a product manager, preferably working on large-scale, complex B2B/C products. Supervisory experience is valued. Candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices are preferred.
