Position Summary...

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves frequent travel.

Additional Details:

• Shift: Primarily overnight shifts, 10-12 hours.
• Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, away 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel areas vary based on project needs. Mileage reimbursed, overnight stays paid, but travel time is unpaid.
• Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
