Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. This role involves travel, which is a key component of the job.

Additional Details

Shift: Primarily overnight shifts, 10-12 hours.
Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel areas vary based on project needs. Reimbursed mileage and paid overnight stays; travel time is unpaid.
Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field + 1 year of experience in project management, store design, or related OR 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
