Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You'll supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with store associates, and travel as needed.

What you'll do

• Lead Others: Motivate your team, promote collaboration, and resolve concerns among store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Project Ownership: Manage project execution in assigned stores, communicate with stakeholders, and minimize operational impact.
• Develop Associates: Supervise, train, mentor, recognize, and support career development for team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years of relevant experience. Attendance at required training is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, 1 year leading cross-functional teams, Project Management Professional certification.

Additional Information

Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, building stakeholder relationships, and supporting business solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $110,000 annually, with performance bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), PTO, and Walmart's Live Better U education program.
