As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. Travel will be a component of this role.
Lead store remodel projects by supervising teams, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure project goals are achieved. Develop and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Shift: Primarily overnight shifts, 10-12 hours.
Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel areas vary based on project needs.
Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with performance bonuses and other benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in project management, store design, or operations. Attendance at required training is mandatory.
Master’s degree in Business or related field, 1 year leading cross-functional teams, and Project Management Professional Certification.
Reliable transportation is required. The role involves supervising and developing associates, ensuring policy compliance, and building stakeholder relationships.
