What you'll do...
As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. Travel is a key part of this role.

Additional Details:
- Shift: Primarily overnight, 10-12 hours.
- Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles, 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a stretch.
- Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with bonuses and other benefits.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience.
All associates must complete required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- One year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Professional Certification.
