What you’ll do:

• Lead platform engineering efforts by delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and cloud‑native architectures aligned with strategic road maps.
• Build and deploy scalable, production Agent‑ic AI solution to automate complex workflows across business‑critical applications.
• Architect and integrate AI/ML‑enhanced applications to support millions of users, applying model‑driven design and advanced development tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing architectural decisions and promoting engineering excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, measure success metrics, and ensure solutions meet quality and business objectives.
• Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and product performance.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable and reliable cloud‑native architectures.
• Experienced in developing scalable Agent‑ic AI solutions and deep technical understanding of agentic patterns, too/API usage, guardrails and evaluation pipelines.
• Proven ability to drive full software development lifecycle including design, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Expertise in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to make informed architectural decisions and trade‑offs.
• Demonstrated skills in mentorship, fostering engineering excellence and guiding technical teams.
• Proficiency in applying model‑driven design and cloud computing best practices.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $165,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
