What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end software development process
• Build cloud applications, including front-end, back-end, and infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers
• Make critical decisions to ensure product success
• Participate in architecture discussions and planning

What You’ll Bring

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript, GoLang, Python, Java)
• Experience in object-oriented design and algorithms
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and devops practices
• AWS technologies and infrastructure experience is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00-$242,000.00. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area, plus 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.

Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related area, with 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field. Knowledge of accessible digital experiences, WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design practices is valued.
