Position Summary

The Pharmacy Tech supports member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. They operate hardware such as cash registers, process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and provide pharmacy products and services, including processing prescriptions and OTC orders, stocking supplies, and maintaining documentation. They organize the pharmacy area, complete work assignments, and ensure compliance with policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
