Position Summary

The Pharmacy Tech role involves providing member service, assisting with prescriptions and OTC orders, stocking pharmacy supplies, maintaining paperwork, and ensuring the pharmacy area is organized and compliant with company policies. Responsibilities include:

• Providing member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Operating hardware such as cash registers, processing member purchases, and handling payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking supplies, entering prescription information, and maintaining documentation.
• Organizing and maintaining the pharmacy area, following company procedures, and completing paperwork logs.
• Collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and communicating effectively.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and service.
