Position Summary

Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges following appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.

Provide pharmacy products and services in accordance with company policies by assisting with processing prescriptions and OTC orders, stocking supplies, entering prescription information, and maintaining documentation.

Stock and organize the pharmacy area, follow company procedures, and utilize equipment appropriately.

Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members; prioritizing tasks; and communicating progress. Identify improvement opportunities and adapt to change.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.

Compensation
