Position Summary

Provides Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services.

What you'll do

1. Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to procedures.
2. Provide pharmacy products and services, including processing prescriptions and OTC orders, stocking supplies, entering prescription information, and maintaining documentation.
3. Stock and organize the pharmacy area, following company procedures.
4. Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers, prioritizing tasks, and communicating progress.
5. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
6. Embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging.
7. Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and mentor others.
