Position Summary

Provides Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers, processes member purchases, and handles payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to procedures for different membership and payment types. Assists with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking pharmacy supplies, entering prescription information, and maintaining paperwork and documentation. Stocks merchandise in the pharmacy area, organizes and maintains the space following company procedures, and completes necessary logs and documentation. Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to change. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, applying related action plans and the Open Door Policy.

Compensation
