Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and suggesting improvements.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
- Respects individuals by embracing diversity, creating a supportive workplace, and fostering a culture of belonging.
- Builds and maintains a strong team by developing and mentoring others, recognizing contributions, and fostering trust and collaboration.
