Position Summary

What you'll do...

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and suggesting improvements.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and fostering a culture of respect and integrity.
7. Acts with integrity, maintains high standards, and supports Walmart's culture and goals, including making a positive impact for stakeholders.
8. Delivers results by focusing on customer needs, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.
9. Strives for excellence by learning continuously, taking risks, supporting change, and supporting team growth.
