Walmart is seeking a dedicated team member at Sam's Club to support Membership services, maintain safety standards, and fulfill Member orders. The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, and adherence to company policies, while promoting a culture of respect and accountability.
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and seeking improvement opportunities.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, practicing the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business practices.
Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, and fostering a culture of belonging. Works as a team, builds trusting relationships, and communicates positively. Mentors and recognizes contributions of others.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual wages meeting or exceeding local minimums. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.
