Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and recommending improvements, while adapting to change and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and executing business practices.
Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating an inclusive workplace, building trust, and fostering a culture of belonging. Works as a team, communicates effectively, and mentors others. The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual pay at or above minimum wage, plus potential premiums based on circumstances.
