Position Summary

What you'll do:

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following Company standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, identifying priorities, and adapting to change.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, embracing diversity, fostering a culture of belonging, and promoting teamwork and trust.
• Acts with integrity, maintains high standards, and supports Walmart's values and culture.
• Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.
• Supports continuous improvement and adapts to new technologies and skills.
