Job description

Position Summary...

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling and disposal, adhering to Steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members, identifying priorities, and adapting to change. Provides Member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and accountability. Acts with integrity, humility, and transparency, supporting Walmart’s values and culture.

Delivers results by focusing on customer and Member needs, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities. Demonstrates curiosity, resilience, and supports continuous improvement and technological adoption.
