Walmart is seeking a dedicated Member Service Associate to enhance Membership experiences through effective support and safety compliance. This role involves processing Membership orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety standards. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and information; and suggests improvements, adapting to change and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and adhering to business practices.
Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, fostering a culture of belonging, and helping all associates thrive.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00, depending on location and experience. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.
