Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and colleagues, and adapting to feedback and change.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and service.
7. Acts with integrity, serving customers and members, and striving for excellence by continuous learning and improvement.
