Position Summary

What you'll do:

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities; communicating progress; and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging, teamwork, and accountability.
• Act with integrity, serve customers and Members, and strive for excellence by continuously learning, improving, and supporting change.
