Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, and adapting to changes and feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.

Complies with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, respecting individuals, embracing diversity, fostering a culture of belonging, building trust, and acting with integrity.

Serves customers and members by delivering results, making informed decisions, and considering the impact on the team and stakeholders.
