Position Summary...

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing and pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, while managing out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments efficiently by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members, and adapting to change and feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Adheres to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and accountability, and supporting Walmart's values and sustainability goals.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.

Strives for excellence through curiosity, continuous improvement, and embracing new technologies and skills.
