Job description

Position Summary

This role involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

The position also requires maintaining facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, following standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Additional responsibilities include fulfilling Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders accurately, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and managing out-of-stock merchandise to meet member needs.

The role entails completing work assignments efficiently by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, communicating progress, and seeking continuous improvement.

Providing excellent Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services is essential.
