Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads change efforts, sets clear expectations, and implements business solutions. Demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages customer service initiatives, and develops action plans to improve store performance. Drives financial performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring a workplace of belonging and growth. Ensures compliance with policies and supports company values, ethics, and integrity. Builds strong, trusting relationships and promotes a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous learning.

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work and 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of job-specific trainings and assessments. For firearm-related positions, a criminal background check and firearm training are required. For ammunition-only facilities, a state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, or certificates in People and Business Leadership. Supervisory experience managing 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
