Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Coach in O’Fallon, MO to lead and develop associates, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications

The Coach is responsible for leading and developing associates, driving business and operational performance, and delivering a positive customer experience. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
