Compensation includes a salary range of $70,000 to $130,000, with bonuses and benefits.
Outbound Operations: Oversee team for product picking, packaging, shipping, and order accuracy. Manage sorting, loading, and inventory reports.
Inbound Operations: Manage unloading, receiving, hauling, and stocking. Review inventory reports and relay findings.
Performance Monitoring: Manage budgets, monitor team performance, and recommend staffing to meet KPIs.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency using Lean methodologies.
Compliance and Quality: Develop and ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work with managers and other functions to optimize operations.
People Development: Build and lead teams, conduct performance reviews, and foster engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 2 years’ experience in supply chain operations or related OR 4 years’ experience in supply chain operations or related. Additionally, 1 year supervisory experience.
Supervisory experience, supply chain operations, and a Master’s degree in Business are preferred.
