The position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and educational programs, with an annual salary range of $84,000 to $126,000 plus performance bonuses and additional compensation based on location and role specifics.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, or Operations Management, plus one year of supervisory experience in a relevant environment, OR one year as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising staff, OR three years of supervisory experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environments, including hiring and development responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial modeling, workforce management, budgeting, P&L accountability, and supervising logistics or retail teams. Relevant degrees include Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management.
