A leading retail company is seeking a member service associate who excels in customer service and team supervision. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage with performance bonuses and benefits. Candidates should have a background in retail and customer service, along with leadership experience.
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, providing guidance on member service techniques, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety and cleanliness according to company policies. Ensures proper product presentation, manages claims and returns, and monitors quality and sanitation standards.
Oversees order picking and staging for club pickup, develops and implements processes to meet business needs, and promotes compliance with policies and ethics. Leads and participates in team activities, ensuring work quality and timeliness.

The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances. The actual wage will meet or exceed local minimum wages.
Must be 18 years or older, with at least 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload.
