It includes supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, guiding on service techniques, ensuring policy compliance, and participating in hiring, scheduling, and evaluations.

The position also involves stocking supplies, maintaining the sales floor, ensuring safety, managing merchandise presentation, monitoring quality standards, developing processes, promoting compliance, leading teams, and overseeing club pick-up orders.

Minimum Qualifications...
