Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned areas by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback, training on processes, and guiding member service techniques to resolve complaints per company guidelines.
• Support membership efforts by informing members about types, programs, and benefits; processing upgrades; encouraging renewals; and participating in sales and marketing events.
• Ensure member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, using self-service technology, and managing transactions and club orders.
• Oversee assigned areas by handling claims, organizing merchandise, managing shrink, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Complete financial documentation, manage cash registers, prepare deposits, and investigate discrepancies, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, and monitoring.
• Promote compliance with policies and ethics, supporting management in addressing issues.
• Lead and participate in teams, sharing resources, providing feedback, and adapting to change.
• Uphold respect, integrity, customer service, and excellence in all actions, fostering a positive work environment and delivering results.

The hourly wage range is $21.00 to $29.00, with potential premiums based on circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications: 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and customer service; must be 18 or older.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading a front-end team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workloads.
