Job description

Position Summary

Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and maintaining in-stock inventory levels. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting sales, assessing economic trends and community needs, and ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved. Implements plans to correct deficiencies.

Provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, and maintaining a safe shopping environment. Also handles customer requests, explains products and services, ensures technicians are trained, and assists with workflow.

Maintains the Auto Care Center and sales floor by stocking, rotating, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Manages environmental disposal and OSHA compliance, and monitors the area for safety.

Coordinates activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans, and measuring progress. Provides supervision and development for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Ensures compliance with policies, supports company values, and promotes a culture of belonging and integrity.

Acts with integrity, serving customers with a focus on data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and embracing change. Offers competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, financial, paid time off, and educational programs like Live Better U.

The annual salary range is $65,000.00-$80,000.00 plus additional compensation based on performance, location, and external factors.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in automotive service or related field
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Completion of required trainings and assessments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive Certification from Automotive Technical Institute
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (via Live Better U and Bellevue University)
  • ASE Certification
  • Experience in automotive service or related field
