Position Summary...

Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, providing guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff.

Supports membership efforts by providing information on membership types and benefits, processing memberships and upgrades, encouraging renewals, participating in marketing events, and promoting product and service value.

Ensures excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, and filling club pickup orders.

Oversees assigned area including handling claims, zoning, organizing merchandise, managing shrink, maintaining carts, assisting members with transport, and keeping the parking lot clean.

Handles financial records, transactions, and documentation following company procedures; prepares deposits, manages cash funds, investigates discrepancies, and maintains confidentiality.

Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, and monitoring.

Promotes and supports compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards; assists in addressing issues and implementing action plans.

Leads and participates in teams, using resources effectively, prioritizing work, providing feedback, and adapting to change.

Minimum Qualifications...
