Ensures excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, and filling club pickup orders.
Oversees assigned area including handling claims, zoning, organizing merchandise, managing shrink, maintaining carts, assisting members with transport, and keeping the parking lot clean.
Handles financial records, transactions, and documentation following company procedures; prepares deposits, manages cash funds, investigates discrepancies, and maintains confidentiality.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, and monitoring.
Promotes and supports compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards; assists in addressing issues and implementing action plans.
Leads and participates in teams, using resources effectively, prioritizing work, providing feedback, and adapting to change.

The hourly wage range is $23.00 to $31.00, with additional performance incentives and potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and customer service, and being 18 years or older.
Experience leading a front-end team, supervising, hiring, mentoring, and managing workloads.
