What you'll do... Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance on member service, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting recruiting and coaching, promoting membership, assisting members, overseeing area responsibilities, handling claims, maintaining records, developing processes, ensuring compliance, leading teams, and fostering a respectful and ethical workplace.

The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances. The actual wage will meet or exceed local minimum wage laws.
6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment AND 6 months customer service experience. Must be 18 or older.
Experience leading a front-end team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
