What you'll do: Provides member service, maintains the checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns, promotes Sam's Club products and services, provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types, follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, follows proper procedures for handling merchandise, corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management, maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, identifies member needs, assists members with purchasing decisions and transporting items, arranges and organizes merchandise, maintains a safe shopping environment, assists with training members frontline services associates on company processes and procedures, teaches new technology and tool functionality, delivers program rollout training, provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities, identifies shrink and damages, complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners, identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.

- Executes emergency response procedures.
- Ensures compliance with company security and safety practices.
- Assists with the training of Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures.
- Teaches new technology and tool functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

Compensation
- Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00* (the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
