What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
• Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Effective stakeholder communication abilities, capable of building consensus and influencing through clear, data-driven presentations.
• Solid understanding of organizational strategy and business operations, including KPIs and profitability drivers.
• Knowledge of technology landscapes, trends, and methodologies relevant to program delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and fostering accountability to achieve results.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
