They assess supplier performance, provide actionable feedback, and support process enhancements. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (for example, materials science, mechanical engineering, chemistry) and 3 years’ hands‑on experience in product or material testing labs.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in laboratory testing, quality assurance, or compliance.
• Experience applying industry standards in a quality assurance or compliance setting.
• Experience in lab equipment operation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience interpreting test specifications and documenting detailed, technical test results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in third-party certification processes or internal audit support.
• Experience with Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS), SharePoint, or digital quality assurance tools.
• Experience working in consumer product compliance, furniture, general merchandise, or similar industries.
• Masters: Business Administration
