Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the manager provides technical expertise, analyzes test data, and delivers accurate reporting to support business objectives. The position also involves supervising and developing laboratory staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining rigorous quality control to uphold organizational standards and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

- Maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration schedules are met and equipment performance is verified.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and quality reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance on testing protocols and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Proven expertise in testing methodology, quality control, and verification and validation processes.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate laboratory activities and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Ability to analyze test data accurately and prepare detailed, traceable reports for stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining laboratory instruments and ensuring compliance with calibration and safety protocols.
- Skilled in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing preventative maintenance measures.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
