Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR seeks a Global Procurement Manager to develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across supply chain, last mile, fleet, and energy categories. You’ll drive cost efficiencies, supplier performance, and risk mitigation while aligning with One Walmart priorities.

The role partners with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable value and ethical standards across Walmart’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field.
• 2+ years in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Executes procurement strategies across transportation, last mile, fleet, and related categories.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Analyzes spend, markets, supplier capabilities, capacity, cost drivers, and industry trends.
• Develops financial models and total cost of ownership analyses to support sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service levels with strategic suppliers.
• Manages supplier performance, KPIs, compliance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain.
• Identify market risks, opportunities, and emerging technologies while supporting One Walmart priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
