  • Deliver results through loss elimination, standardization, and continuous improvement efforts that improve network-wide performance.
  • Train, coach, and support facility leadership teams on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure long-term sustainability.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience applying quality and process improvement methodologies (RCA, 5S, Six Sigma, time & motion) in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Experience leading implementation, deployment, or process improvement projects across multiple facilities or locations.
  • Strength in KPI analysis, loss profiling, dashboard development, and translating insights into sustained process changes.
  • Experience developing and deploying standard work, training programs, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Proven project execution, stakeholder management, and change leadership across varying operational priorities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to drive adoption of new processes across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in support of implementation, training, and operational improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification.
  • Experience supporting large-scale supply chain, distribution center, or network-wide operational implementations.
