Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics within Sourcing Solutions PE&A in Bentonville, AR to lead insights and decision frameworks across sourcing strategy. You will influence senior leaders, drive outcomes, and embed analytics throughout sourcing operations.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll set analytical standards, shape performance narratives, and ensure insights are embedded in sourcing processes, partnering with Product, Sourcing, and Finance to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field plus 2 years of math/statistical research, analysis, and modeling, or 4 years of experience in the same.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BI solutions to identify cost-savings opportunities and ensure adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and Merchandising to align data needs, metrics, and insights.
• Structure ambiguous problems with prescriptive analytics and establish clear business logic.
• Build and present executive-ready visuals to drive value-driven actions.
• Mentor and upskill the team to strengthen analytical capabilities.
