Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Manager, Creative to lead the development and operationalization of frameworks enabling Lightbox Creative Solutions to deliver complex, integrated programs at scale.

You will collaborate across Walmart teams and external partners to translate business needs into scalable program models and operational solutions. The role emphasizes operating frameworks, resource planning, tools and continuous improvement, requiring 5+ years in program management and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field OR 1 year’s experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
• Experience designing operational frameworks, program models and processes that support evolving business needs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design, document and improve program processes, standards and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve consistency and reduce organizational friction.
• Partner with team leads to identify resource needs, capacity constraints and flexible resourcing opportunities.
• Support evolution of work management tools and create systems to support clarity and streamlined workflow.
• Facilitate alignment across teams to support new initiatives and organizational change.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
