Position Summary

The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights leads the coordination and execution of analytical initiatives to support business strategies and stakeholder needs for Business to Business (B2B) customers. This role involves developing strong relationships with key partners, delivering data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The position oversees fraud detection rulesets specific to B2BeCommerce transactions, ensures compliance with policies, and promotes accountability in achieving results. By leveraging market research and analytical tools, the manager provides actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. This role requires effective communication, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence.

About the team

The Fraud Strategy Solutions Team within Enterprise Consumer Fraud Risk at Walmart leads efforts to protect customers and the business by addressing fraud across the customer lifecycle. The team collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance partners to develop AI-driven solutions that balance trust, growth, and efficiency. Emphasizing strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and technology strategy, the team delivers innovative solutions aligned with global fraud prevention goals. This role supports Walmart’s commitment to secure and efficient operations through effective collaboration, decision-making, and accountability in a dynamic environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification, Statistical Programming Language.
