You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering partners, and fellow analysts to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and deliver actionable recommendations backed by data.

About the team

The Walmart Fulfillment Services Operations Analytics team drives growth through improving the experience of both customers and sellers.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify key challenges and develop data-driven hypotheses and research plans.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics models and prototypes to support business objectives.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform functional initiatives and decision‑making.
• Manage end‑to‑end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and successful delivery of analytics solutions.

Salary Information

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
