Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field with 2 years of analytics experience (or 4 years)

What you'll do...Role summary: The Manager, Advanced Analytics leads a team to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business objectives. This role partners with leadership to identify key challenges, develop analytical models, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business value. Responsible for managing complex projects and fostering collaboration across functions, the position ensures effective implementation of advanced analytics solutions. The manager also mentors team members, promotes continuous learning, and upholds high standards of integrity and accountability to support Walmart’s mission and operational excellence.

About the team: Our team leads the Insights & Recommendations portfolio for Walmart Marketplace, enabling sellers to understand their business, identify opportunities, and take informed actions to grow. We develop seller-facing products and programs across reporting, listing quality, personalized recommendations, and advertising with Walmart Connect. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and commercial teams, we set strategy and deliver scalable solutions that enhance seller performance. Our work drives Marketplace growth by connecting data insights to actionable outcomes, supporting seller engagement, gross merchandise volume, and monetization.

What you'll do

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
