The Senior Manager, Data Analytics will lead advanced data initiatives & standardization of KPIs to drive strategic business decisions across eComm, Merchandizing and Operations. About the team

The Data Analytics team at Walmart International delivers actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions to support eCommerce, Operations, and Merchandising across multiple markets. The team develops and automates dashboards, ensures data accuracy, and analyzes pricing and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with merchants and market leaders, they standardize reporting and optimize data models using advanced tools like Power BI and BigQuery. The team also manages data governance and vendor coordination, driving consistent metrics and enabling data-driven decision‑making to enhance business performance globally.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
